Tears In Her
Eyes


Women freely display their emotions
while most men hold their's within
women shed tears when they're happy,
sad ones when a loved one's life ends.


Few men display emotions with tears
most men's emotions they try to conceal
shedding tears soothes a woman's heart
sad or happy tears tell how women feel.


A woman shedding tears hurts a man
comforting her he's at loss what to do
most men fail to say the magic words
darling, I am here and I love you.


Men and women display their emotions
differently, that's the way it should be
but one of us cannot do without the other
like fish could not do without the sea.
